An Order Book with an award bestowed on May 12th, 1977 is all I can determine. What is the person's name and what is the Order?

If anyone has this Order in their collection I will gladly send the Order Book to them.

Thank you!

It's a typo, it should be [номера] орудийного, i.e. gun crew member.

Here's a better scan of the SMERSH Shiladze, Georgij Serapionovich.

Got a considerable amount of scanning to do and then scans to translate and present to the forum.
