looks like his name was Dr. Bruno Kepnik, the general director of the Yugo mission in Austria? How did you get ahold of something this interesting? ;)

I actually found some snippets on him using Google but not enough for my curiosity. I bought it from UK so I would assume the family sold it to a dealer… Rusty.

Has anyone actually seen a 2nd class with 6 torches?
The reason I ask is that my set was issued in 1967 and bears the 6 torches at the top of the document but the Neck Star still has 5 torches. I'm sure the Mint was not going to trash the existing stock so they used what they had to award. I'm curious if there was a production of 6 torch variations at a later time...
