A very nice 30th & 40th Anniversary of the Soviet Armed Forces documents/medals group awarded to a Major, later Lieutenant Colonel, Vyacheslav Fedorovich Perov of the Medical Service on November 13th, 1948 and November 6th, 1958, respectively. I was wondering if any of my more fluent colleagues might decipher the stamp/awarding organization, and signatures please. . .
Couldn't find any additional information on podvignaroda unfortunately.
