Like the people above, I'm not an expert on these; I'm just going on detail similarities (or the lack thereof). I agree with Marc except on #4 - it looks real to me (so then I guess that means I agree with Eric, too:)).
With the same disclaimer I'll venture the following guesses:
1- Excellent Submariner - possibly bad
2- Excellent Medical Corps - OK
3- Excellent Reconaissance Scout - OK
4- Excellent Antiaircraft Gunner - possibly bad
5- Excellent Driver - possibly OK
6- Excellent Rifleman - possibly bad.
I used to collect these and still have about 60 of pieces, but eventually I gave up. There are dozens of variations for each badge, produced by different factories - ShMZ/NKPS, Pobeda, MTKh, ZhRPT, Moscow Jewlery Factory, to name just a few. Eventually, the design was standardized, but production of some badges continued well into the 1970's. Post-war variations are the toughest for me, I really need to see them in person.
One other comment I'd make is I like to see the base of the screw on the obverse and how it's attached. In my extremely limited opinion I like to see clearly how the post is attached and with what method. Sometimes the solder/adhesive can be telling and with scanned images only the tip of the post is in focus.

Hello. I have got these four Excellence Badges. I noticed some difference among then, as well as with another badge I have. What do you think about them?
Are they just fakes, post war or what else?
Sergio, I believe the artilleryman badge is real and am inclined to think that the gunner badge is too from just the one picture. I think the rest are copies mainly because of the large and asymmetrical letters and the awkward H&Ss. The metal the other (fake) three are made from makes them seem too recent.
Thank you all. I must say that I suspected it. :thumbsdown
The gunman badge was already in my possession and is definitely authentic. I took it as a reference.
My thoughts echoed Phil's nearly word for word.
When looking for these on eBay I always look at the unenameled metal on the front, and the whole reverse but I must say those puffy letters on the front are a good way to tell as well.
