May I ask what would happen to a recipient if his serial number was recorded and the proper authorities track the recipient down? Should one take into account the age of the recipient or his or her economic situation? Or in Russia are "All equal under the law?"

Hi!
I found this RS massacred.
Perhaps you experienced, you are able to understand that variation is.

Then try to remove the solder, to get to the serial.
Maybe you are able to intuit ...;)

Solder melts at a lower temperature than the silver. If you put flux or another protectorate on the email, you should be able to heat up the rear enough to only melt the lead solder.

Thanks desantnik :)
That's what I'll try to do, when will it be in my hands.
But for now it is impossible to determine which variation?

I can say for 98% it's an MZPP one, look at the handwriting, I'm almost sure it's than 'nice' MZPP one

Definitely MZPP (serial number style, shape of edges, enamel color).

It's most likely home-made repair, can be seen sometimes on awards. :(
