The stamp is in Georgian, but it will probably say the same as the Russian text, Executive Committee of the Kalinin Raion.

The stamp is bilingual, but still, the only thing I can make out of it is "Gruz." (Georgian)

I can read only "Komandir ..." and "Pol-k Aleksandrov...", but unfortunatly not the unit!

Sure looks like it, but the 103 RD never had the 113 RR. Its second formation held the 393, 583, 688 RRs and 271 AR.

I've done a search on Podvignaroda and I've found a "старшина Киченок Гаврил Остапович" (this is the name and the rank) awarded with ORS (July '44) and OB (march '45). But he was a Starshina in a Machine Gun Motorized Battalion in the 219th Tank Brigade!

Could be the same person? I don't know...
