Here is the Jubilee Medal "100th Anniversary Of The Bulgarian Red Cross" (Юбилеен Медал "100 Години Български Червен Кръст") which was founded on 16th November 1977 and awarded for contribution to the organisation. Around 1000 of these were awarded in total.

A very simple fitted case.
