Is there a document to go with the 6.6 Million OPW2? As in the collection is a 6.66666 Million OPW2 which isn't on "the site". It comes with the usual Soviet Jubilee Document but may have been issued post collapse.

The serial number is 66949XX. I'm afraid I can't share too much as this group is in someone else's collection.

Here is an example that seems to have been "harvested" by the original recipient.
Their must have been hard times for this Ukrainian veteran.

Definately 1985, but well-preserved.
Not sure about the value, but here usually they go for ~10-30USD

Yes, about 20-30$. The older 2nd class ones have a value from 100$ and up and the first class from $400 and up.

What's the scratch before the "6"
It looks like a 4 and if it is, it puts the Serial number at 2 milllion over the highest 85 issue 1st class ever seen.

It's a 4 because this is a 2nd Class.
There are pre-1985 2nd Classes out there for under $100 but certainly not under $50.

So at what number do the 1985's begin? I've tried to find some of that info. but it hasn't been all that easy. Remember, I'm new to this!
I'm asking about the 2nd classes, and I suppose at this point I should head over to that forum and stay there. :) All my OPW's are 2nd class, I think.
