Badge "Excellent People's Education".

I'm beginning to think I should be posting the backs of these badges too...Oops.

I have to say, teachers seem to be appreciated more outside the US than they are in it - even by communists with an agenda for the teachers to adhere to and propagate (which may be why they gave them awards):idea :chuckle.
