Border Guard Service Medal.

This next medal is the Public Security Medal for Border Guards, Bronze grade. This particular medal is, I believe, from the late '60's/early '70's. The case had not gone to plastic yet. Notice there is no recess for a ribbon bar. The Kadar arms on the case is pretty poorly done, as was normal for this era. Again, the ONLY difference between the Police, Border Guard or AVH versions of these particular medals was the ribbon... the medal itself remains the same.
