Signals Proficiency, (radar operator specialist officer) 1959. communications

What can you guys tell me about these two?
I'm pretty sure they would be 50s-era issues and if so I'd expect a stamped design with a sort of mirror reverse. If I'm right about the 50s date I'd also expect a screwpost and plate, not the 60s/70s pin.
What do you think?
