Interesting....
"The cameras with such badges were given as a present to delegates of the Communist Party of teh Soviet Union 25 Congress of Communist Party USSR. This camera I bought from my friend ex-party member. According to his information, the number of delegates should be about 4.900 people. " Note the flag and "XXV" in the right of the photo.
