I am glad to be a help for you :) Most of the former Communist countries were like that - awards systems were copied after the USSR. Majority of the countries established Hero title, some had Hero of Labor title as well. The highest orders were often named after prominent party leader or historical person (Dimitrov in Bulgaria, Sukhe Bator in Mongolia, Tudor Vladimiresku in Romania, Karl Marx in GDR, etc.).
