Badge "For Development Of The New Lands".
Some different desciptions of this badge that I've found recently:
For the Development of Virgin Lands, 1950s. Award badge issued by the VLKSM Central Committee. For The Virgin Lands Campaign (1954-58). During the development of new land (for development of virgin lands), the Komsomol Central Committee. Soviet Award Badge for the Development of Virgin Lands, 1960s, issued by the VLKSM Central Committee for taking part in the Khruschev's campaign aimed at reviving Soviet agricultural production. Described as: "In brass and enamels. Measures 36 mm tall, 33 mm wide." Flat head-type machine screw, presumably in brass, with a typical for the period grey-ish glue/epoxy.
