Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment

He is dedicated to the Lenin-Stalin Party and the Socialist Motherland. He is morally stalwart and ideologically composed. He is disciplined and demanding of himself and his subordinates. He has willful qualities. In combat he orients himself to the situation quickly, makes the right decisions, and firmly executes them.

He honestly and conscientiously accomplishes the Army Military Committee and properly leads the Rear Area Operational Group by unloading transportation assets in a timely manner, thus setting the conditions for transferring and supplying forces with everything necessary in a ceaseless manner.

Comrade Golovan is deserving of the Order of the Patriotic War II Class.
