Badge "Deputy Of The Supreme Soviet".

Here is what could be the holy grail for PMR Badge collectors. A Moscow Mint produced Deputy Badge. The Badge is brass and enamelled reading "СОВЕТУЛ СУПРЕМ АЛ ПМН" (Supreme Soviet Of PMR in Cyrillic Romanian) making it a Badge of one of the earlier sessions (possibly first or second) as Russian is now used.

This nicely worn example is a difficult Badge (even for PMR) to obtain due to the facts that most of the deputies are still alive and the Supreme Soviet of the PMR is considerably smaller than other Soviets. The PMR has a grand total of 43 positions for deputies (compare this with the 1500 for the Soviet Union).

As the original deputy of this is unknown it can only be speculated upon. Igor Smirnov is a 2.33% chance! and is no longer a deputy as of 2011.
