Long Distance Voyage Badge

Hello,

I bought this two badges years ago on a flea market. Are these two badges copies of imperial russian ones, or are they issued by the russian goverment after 1991. For what reason are they awarded.

Yes, during uploading the picture my computer break down and now it says :
Attachment in progress and I can´t load the picture neither delete it ?????

After loosing a lot of nerves I got it. (The computer your friend sometimes...)
