Made-Up Cap For Tourists.

Hi all:
I'm new to this forum. I've just inherited this side cap with a bunch of metal badges and two cloth badges (on the opposite) side. I would like help with identifying the badges, their age/era and value. If you can help translate (into English) the stamp/markings on the inside of the cap I would appreciate it. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
