Here is the Medal For Outstanding Contribution To The Liberation Of The Fatherland. Awarded on 29th November 2004 to Sefer Jovani.
A little research shows that Sefer Sino Jovani was one of the first awarded with the Medal "For The Protection Of Public Order" by Decree 2374 of 17th December 1956. "Tireless workers, mobilised and recognised for performance, for good results in the protection of legitimate rule, for success in the fight against the culprit element, for the protection of socialist property and continued efforts in raising their own ideo-politicalism and professionalism".
