Awards for sale in modern Russian Army
For some people Chechen war in Russia is about serving their country, for some - way to make money.
In Russian Army, if you want just one award or a few - you don't have to do anything heroic, all you need is a bit of cash. Of course, all awards will be given to you officially, with all supporting documents and proper decrees. Here are prices for some awards: Caucasus Service Cross - 250 Rubles (about $8 USD), medals - $20-60, Valor order - $250, Hero of Russia (formerly HSU) - $5,000.
