Short, specific presentation of the personal military feat or achievement:
During the offensive on the dwelling of Karellen, while breaking through the German defense in East Prussia on 17/01/45, Sergeant MUHACHEV, commander of mortar-thrower unit, was lightly wounded in battle but didn't abandon the regiment, continuing to lead his crew which demolished by its fire attack 2 enemy stationary machine guns and suppressed the heavy mortar thrower attack by the enemy.
