Beacon Youth Award For Completing The 3rd 7 Year Plan Medal.

Here is the Beacon Youth Award For Completing The 3rd 7 Year Plan Medal (제3차7개년완수청년봉화상메달) awarded by the League Of Socialist Working Youth Of Korea for "completing" the 1987-1991 "Seven Year Plan" which had a focus "on the basis of efficiency and equity, economic advancement and the promotion of public welfare" and was conceived and managed by Kim Jong Il.

The Medal is small, thin, very light and painted. The bar reads "청년봉화상" (Beacon Youth Award).
