"Republic Of Armenia Emergency Situations Ministry Veteran" Medal.

Here is the "Republic Of Armenia Ministry Of Emergency Situations Veteran" Medal («Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության վետերան» մեդալը) a ministerial award of the MES of Armenia. Founded by ministerial decree #105 of 14th October 2011.
The design is a modern Post-Soviet take on what once was that coveted Soviet Order showing how not all the modern nations have completely turned their back on their Russian-Soviet history. The bar reads "Armenia".
Although this Medal was only founded 18 months ago and the serial number of 006 the recipient of this is already lost - even with a good effort being put in to trace. Someone obviously does not wish to be identified.

The reverse also features an Armenian Mint maker's mark.
