Medal "20 Years Of The Victory Of The People Of Abkhazia In The Patriotic War 1992-3"

Here is the Medal "20 Years Of The Victory Of The People Of Abkhazia In The Patriotic War 1992-1993" (Медаль "20 Лет Победы Народа Абхазии В Отечественной Войне 1992-1993 ГГ.") and award of the Ministry Of Defence.
I am not certain of a creation date but it was first awarded on 27th September 2013 (the 20th anniversary of the capture of Suhumi).

Awarded to veterans of the war.
