Certificate issued to Viktor Nikolaevich Babaev whose unit insured, "Not one step back!" (Ни шагу назад!)
People’s Commissariat of Defense – USSR Independent Blocking Battalion 216th Rifle Division September 15, 1942 Certificate Given the present certificate to the Red Army man Babayev V. N. in that he is on active duty with the Blocking Battalion of 216th Rifle Division.
