Dear All,
It looks like our Umalatov friends are not the only ones making a medal other than the Russian Government. After some searching, I found out the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF or KPRF) has a medal on a five sided suspension. I have the details book marked, and here is a photo I found. The reverse has the KPRF, and the ribbon bar is half red, half the Victory ribbon (n,o,n,o,n with orange trim). The reverse says (top text, above the book and hammer and sickle): Россия, труд, народовластие, социализм Source: http://www.kprf.ru/history/symbol/
