The HSU that signed this document - what was his name? Is there a good source for info on him? 2. Is the date stated above correct? To me it looks like 5 ????? 1946. 3. What are the other names for the recipient (Saulkin)? Its really exciting to know that this document was signed by such an important person. Simon
