Liberation Decoration.

This decoration must not be confused with the Order of the same name and it closly resembles the obsolete version of the Liberation Order the difference being it's smaller size.
The inscription reads GIAI PHONG (Liberation)
This is a two class Decoration denoted by one or two gold stars on the suspension ribbon. shown below is the second class with one star.
