Why the heck did border guard fallow new regulations , but didnt get the a new cap to go with the parade uniform ? Let's say they got the new green uniform and did get the new bleuish parade uniform why did they have to wear there normal cap with it? it nust have looked out of place. is there any real reason behind this ? i'm just wondering? kind regards ser-g
