According to the intro, they plan on publishing the following books:

-"Twice Heroes of the USSR"

and

-"Cavaliers of the Order of Glory"

Since there are similar lists out for some of the 1st Class awards (Nakhimov, Ushakov and Homeland come to mind) what would be nice to see is name/number lists for the 1/2/3rd classes of Khmelnitsky, Suvorov and Kutuzov. How about the names and s/n's of the first 10,000 awards of the Red Banner? On a grander scale, the names of Nevsky recipients?

It's nice to dream! :)

(Though we have similar books for most of the higher US awards, some covering 75,000+ names, so it's not impossible, just improbable that they will ever make them for some of the Soviet awards!)

If anyone wants to put some of these books together, I'll be one of the first in line with financial backing! :)

Here's a scan of a part of one of the pages.

I have a private database of about 150 Gold Star numbers with their names, and compared them to this list... Everything matches up 100%!
