Researching High Labour awards?

I have what I believe to be a Labor Lenin... how do I go about searching for information?

I may be able to obtain the information I mentioned in post #4, but the serial number has to be a prewar one.

Do you have the date of the article from Rahva Hääl? I may be able to track down the article.

I don't have the exact date unfortunately, but the article must have appeared somewhere in November 1944. The soldier's name was Avgust-Alfred Voodla (Август-Альфред Воодла). Any help would be highly appreciated!
