1920s Tank Commander tunic

I would have to look up the arcana of early Soviet uniforms, but if I recall correctly the peaked cap was not officially introduced until 1924 and the only official summer hat with the M1922 uniforms was the cloth budenny (the one with front and aft peaks known as the hello-goodbye).

This would be expected to match the tunic fabric. As for cloth star colour - would have to look it up but it is likely same as the cloth patch background.
