Corporal Novitskij in the 379th Battalion Of Aerodrome Supply since March 1942 with it from the first days of its organisation.
Picking up a trophy vehicle "Dodge", renovating it and without a single failure it runs to the current time. In exceptionally difficult conditions without roads and transporting loads continuously provided the timely delivery of ammunition, aircraft equipment, food and other cargo.
As the best driver, was appointed commander of a section. With this work copes well, serving as an example to the personal staff of the company by his high discipline and resourcefulness
Only for the period of offensive of the troops of the 1st Ukrainian Front, provided combat work to the bases of the aviation regiments of the 9th Guards Interceptor Division and 304th Guards Interceptor Aviation Division, passing in his car 14,500 kilometres and carried more than 315 tons of military cargo, that contributed to the accelerated rout of the German troops and equipment.
For excellent work in auto-transport in March 1944 as awarded the Chest Badge "Excellent Driver".
Morally sound. To the affairs of the party of Lenin-Stalin and Socialist Homeland loyal.
Conclusion: For excellent performance of tasks of the command in transporting military cargo and timely deliver of it is worthy of award of the Medal "For Combat Merits"
