The government of the DPRK should know which flowers to use - White Roses and only White Roses. If there are any red roses it needs to be razed and start over.
Also thinking of practicality you can eat rose petals and rose hips too.
No doubt it'll be all kimjongilias (which being Begonias are also edible).
