Table medal & diploma for the 40th anniversary of the MO and SB on the area of Koszalin, issued by the Koszalin Voivodeship Interior Affairs Office (Koszalin WUSW).
Attractive, as the diploma is at the same time a medal box and it uses the "For merits in protecting the Public Order" badge ribbon (damaged at the bottom - not sure why).
The diploma is hand signed by colonel Stefan SokoĊ‚owski - chief of the WUSW of Koszalin.
