They are not being faked that I know of. Very few people even know what they are. After all, the tunic is really the same as the M1969 service one but with parade boards. The only really unique thing is the collar tabs with gold embroidered edging.
Yours should have 1960s dated buttons, and nice thick fabric not the thinner 1980s stuff. The tabs look like they have the embroiddered edging.
I have a set for a KGB officer. It has the hat with its hard to find two piece hat badge, the tunic with 1960s buttons, the parade boards, BUT the tabs are missing. I put regular tabs on but it is not the same without the gold embroidered edging. I have been trying to find gold embroidered edged royal blue tabs for 8 years now to complete it!!!
