I'd like to see it in person, but if it were offered to me based on these photos I would pass.
Not that it is a repro, but the material and style look much more like a WWII era bud to me, made (or modified) to look like RCW era. I would not be comfortable with the glassy cap badge either, though perhaps this is just from the camera flash. These buds varied quite a bit for the 1918-1924 era, so I think you just have to go with your vibe on these; opinions on buds from this era vary greatly. What some are comfortable with, others are not, etc.
