Now that is something I NEVER saw before. Either someone grabbed a lot of rare and genuine files, or it is a hoax:

Even has instructions on how to ORDERLY deal with various categories of the dying after a Nuclear attack!!!!!Also indicates only 6% of the population is expected to be "salvageable" after an attack.Indicates they only have equipment for 25% of all children in Riga,so the other 75% will just have to expire.No doubt one of the MOST interesting files I walked away with in my time there!!Indicates 25,000 will die minimally from the TIDAL WAVE brought on by the attack!!
