Map of the Latvian Soviet Republic for use in time of Atomic War.The Map is marked to the HIGHEST level of Classified material in the USSR.It also indicates there is only ONE map like this in existance.The Map is designed to show WHAT areas of Latvia will be effected in the even of a NUCLEAR WAR and the resulting TIDAL WAVE expected:
