I believe that Ed and I have been rather crystal-clear on that:
. don't split Mongolia between Sections 3 and 4 (and maybe 5?) -> all in Section 3
. don't split the People's (or Democratic) Republics between Sections 1 and 5 -> all in Section 1
. put Tuva in section 1, not in Section 3
Beside that, no problem
