Thanks to the skilful supervision, organisation and the correct placement of forces managed to achieve excellent results in combat work, beating deadlines and standards of repairing material units by two times.
Energetic and enduring in work, always by personal example inspiring subordinates in his staff with urgent and combat tasks.
In a period of stressful combat work of the regiment in winter conditions he personally and with his subordinates worked for 48 hours without rest. Not one plane and renovated Mobile Aircraft Repair Workshop 1 unit plane had a failure in combat work due to the workshop workers.
Comrade Lyzhenkov provides daily technical assistance to the staff of the regiment with small repairs and eliminating defects.
