The whole top row with the same color ribbons has me. The all look like the Yugoslavian bravery medal to me.
The shock worker/5-year plan pins scattered on both sides and the military forces anniversary and GPW jubilee medals as well as a veteran of labor are the only ones I recognize.
Perhaps its just bad lighting.
