You can see that the first three entries are done in the same hand writting, so this booklet was obviously issued when the recipient got his Red Star. They have consolidated all his awards into one booklet listing them in the order they were received. It's not unusual.

i think it's a type 5 hard cover order booklet. And what i see first time, is that there are entries for two combat service medals. That's bit strange, because they should have written in separate medal booklet. Why are medals in this order booklet? This is something i see first time. Please let us know, what number order booklet u have and when it's printed, if you don't mind.
