All the above were GENERALS during GPW. I am POSITIVE that there are more Jewish generals who were HSU, but promoted to General after the GPW.

that's not exactly correct. Most of them became generals after GPW. The same time Smushkevich and Shtern became HSU before GPW and were executed in fall of 1941.
