Small world I just picked one up today and was wondering about myself.

Maybe Alexei can help with this one, and its value??

I picked up this example sometime in late 1993 - early 1994 not knowing if it was a legitimate follow-on or not. At any rate, it was very inexpensive. This was when a number of Russian -- as opposed to Soviet badges, medals and insignia were being produced. I believe it probalby to be a copy, but an interesting souvenir nonetheless.
