Dear Chris,
I'm ready to pay $200.000 for Order of Victory. Please, help me.
The total value of diamonds and precious stones and metal wouldn't be over 100,000 - 150,000. We are talking about order which was issued ONLY 20 times. Three people (Stalin, Zukov, and Vasilevsky) received it twice. The price over $4,000,000 is not my imagination. Order was located in US before it was sold on the action to Japan. Check with professioanals in this field.
