you've got a 1979 second trimestre made jacket, without the cuff tabs, it should be a service jacket (after 1986 parade jackets didn't have cuff tabs and are identical to service ones, the modification being done with belt, dress aiguillette)...
now you need 2,3 or 4 gold stars on yours officers shoulder boards.
