Art Wrote:Tal,
(...) there is some sort of table on the last few pages which list some serial numbers, names and dates for several of the "higher" awards ( Hero of Soviet Union, Hero of Socialist Labor and a few others I don't recognize )
I have this book.
The list mentioned by Art are :
* List of dates of institution of Titles, Orders, Medals and Honorary Titles of the USSR.
* List of multiple awardees (4, 3 and 2 times) of the Title of Hero of the Soviet Union, with dates.
* List of foreign awardees of the Title of Hero fo the Soviet Union, with dates.
* List fo multiple awardees (3 times) of the Title of Hero of the Socialist Labor, with dates.
* List of Ukaz (laws) establishing orders and medals of the Soviet Union, from 1934 to 1991.
It is a nice book, as said earlier by others. :)
Cheers.
