It is strange that they are so rare. A lot of people probably do not realise that later if they are to be sold they are worth a lot more with the original boxes and documentation.

As you said easier to find order than boxes and docs.First thing which was put away were docs than boxes.Also all the time I find commplete sets there are damaged and ripped boxes and docs.Next time ther are missing docs or boxes.Owners always care and looking for orders and medals but papers and boxes,they just did not care for that stuff.A lot of time I had heard who cares for papers and boxes we had throwe them away.????People are strange and you cant help them.
Also out ther is a lot of collectors who dont collect docs and boxed orders but only orders.And that is good for us collectors who collect whole grups because in that case we can find extra docs and boxes.
Also your point of wiev about market prices and wants is corect more and more people are willing to pay better prices for whole grups whit boxed orders,docs and pics.Also you have a story of a man or womman and you can find out if he or she was a military or civilian person and so on and on.
