It looks convincing to me.
Maybe the two pages were filled out and stamped, then glued into the booklet OR the middle spine without ink became abraded over time, but it would be hard to explain the existence of stamping on either edge of the spine.
Do you have this item or are you just showing a picture? Maybe the raised middle spine is just an optical illusion and it is actually a depression?
